TO BEE OR NOT TO BEE

The Waldorf Astoria housed 450,000 bees on its roof to make fresh honey for their VIP guests this summer, but this week, the bees made a dramatic exodus by checkered cabs to their new home at the midtown Hilton. The six Queen Bees, including Ruby and Shelby, were carried down a red carpet and and photographed by Natural Expressions photographer Jerry Lacy, who’s part of the Chosen Few artist collective as a crowd of bee enthusiasts applauded their arrivals.
