‘Nazi’ bldg. guy in court over harass

- Christina Carrega

A NAZI-loving Queens property manager was arraigned Monday on charges he harassed a former resident and threatened to burn the building down.

Neal Milano, 69, grabbed and threatened the woman at least 20 times from Sept. 20, 2016, to July 11, according to the criminal complaint.

Milano runs a 47-unit condo building on 39th Place at 48th Ave. in Sunnyside, where the lobby is decked with photos of Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini and Josef Stalin. He was busted Sunday at Kennedy Airport after returning from a family vacation.

At his arraignment, Milano’s attorney noted the woman has moved from the building and cast his client as a victim.

“This has been a very traumatic situation for him and his family,” said attorney Antonio Ramirez. “Just because he has a different opinion than others doesn’t mean he should be treated like this.”

Bail was set at $2,500.
