Flier sues over a gross jet ‘stream’
PLEASE MAKE sure your seatbacks and tray tables are in their full upright position — and try not to pee on the passengers.
A New Jersey man is suing United Airlines, saying a flier who was allowed to board despite being clearly intoxicated urinated on him right before takeoff.
Daniel Card is seeking unspecific damages after he was forced to sit in his urine-soaked clothes during a flight from Los Angeles to Newark on June 12.
Card, who works in an auto body shop, said the flight crew knew the unidentified man was in a drunken stupor and should never have allowed him to fly.
A spokesman for United declined to comment, citing the pending litigation.
