Sick honor for Mugabe gets nixed
AN 8-YEAR-OLD Queens girl who had been complaining of stomach pain days earlier was found dead in her home Sunday morning, police said.
Kayla Sanchez’s grandmother discovered her facedown on her bed in their apartment on Liberty Ave. near 105th St. in Ozone Park about 6:15 a.m.

World Health Organization Director General Tedros Ghebreyesus said he rethought the idea after the overwhelming negative reaction.
“Over the last few days, I have reflected on my appointment,” he wrote Sunday on his Twitter account. “As a result I have decided to rescind the appointment.”
Before the announcement, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau called the appointment “a bad April Fool’s joke.”
The U.S. State Department was also vehemently opposed to the decision. said.
The little girl had no visible signs of trauma. She had gone to the doctor Friday complaining of stomach pain and a sore throat, police said.
The distraught dad declined to talk about his daughter Sunday evening.
Authorities said they do not suspect criminality. The city medical examiner’s office will determine the cause of Kayla’s death.
