CLAIM AFTER CLAIM

- Yale acting student Lupita Nyong’o. While at his home in Westport, Conn., viewing a film with members of his family, Weinstein called her to a nearby room and asked to give her a massage. The future Academy Award winner refused and said she’d give him one

The Times. A lawyer negotiated her a settlement. She was subjected to inappropri­ate requests and comments in hotel rooms, she said.

Florence Darel, a French actress, charged Weinstein propositio­ned her in a hotel room with his wife in the room next door.

Waitress Dawn Dunning, 24. Aspiring actress Dunning was invited by Weinstein to his hotel room, greeted by him in his robe and told she had contracts with him for his next three films, The Times reported. He told her she would have to have a threesome with him and when she laughed, grew angry and told her, “This is how the business works,” The Times said.

Model/actress Trish Goff recounted that Weinstein grabbed her breasts and tried to kiss her during a lunch meeting. Aspiring actress and college senior Lucia Stoller (now Lucia Evans). She told The New Yorker that Weinstein forced her to perform oral sex on him in his office after telling her to lose weight to be on his reality TV show. Evans said she told him over and over, “I don’t want to do this, stop, don’t.” In the end, “he overpowere­d me,” she told The New Yorker.

Actress Romola Garai, 18. During the audition process for “Havana Nights,” Garai was summoned to Weinstein’s hotel room one night and told to come alone. He opened the door in his robe. Garai said Weinstein wanted to humiliate her and show her “he had the power” to force her to come to his door anytime.

Canadian actress Erika Rosenbaum told the Canadian Broadcasti­ng Co. that Weinstein, after grabbing her by the back of the neck, masturbate­d in front of her inside a Toronto

hotel.

Production assistant Mimi Haleyi. Haleyi told reporters Weinstein assaulted her in his Manhattan home, ripping out her tampon and performing oral sex on her.

Reporter Lauren Sivan. Weinstein cornered Sivan, a TV reporter, in the corner of an Italian restaurant and tried to kiss her, she told HuffPost. She refused, and he told her to “stand there and shut up” while he masturbate­d and ejaculated into a potted plant.

Model/actress Angie Everhart claimed Weinstein masturbate­d in front of her while on a boat at the Venice Film Festival. “You shouldn’t tell anybody about this,” she quoted him as telling her.

Norwegian actress Natassia Malthe claimed Weinstein raped her in a London hotel room — and then, after violating her, masturbate­d in front of her.

Actress and screenwrit­er Louisette Geiss. Invited by Weinstein to meet him for a work discussion, Geiss was shocked when he emerged from the bathroom in a robe with the front left open, naked underneath. He got into the bathtub and told Geiss to continue her pitch while watching him masturbate, she said at a 2017 press conference. Weinstein followed her to the door, promising to green light her script and get her a threepictu­re deal if she watched him pleasure himself, she said.

Actress Emma de Caunes. Weinstein asked the French actress to his hotel in Cannes to talk about a possible role. He went to the bathroom and came back out with an erection and told her to get on the bed. “It was like a hunter with a wild animal. The fear turns him on,” she told The New Yorker.

Actress Jessica Barth. Invited to a business meeting in Weinstein’s hotel after the Golden Globes, Barth was told she could be cast in his next film but must give him a naked massage. When she said no, Weinstein told her she had to lose weight to compete with other actresses, according to The New Yorker.

Actress Amber Anderson. In an Instagram post, she recounted Weinstein inviting her to a private meeting where “he tried to take my hand and put it in his lap.” Weinstein reportedly told her to stay silent about their meeting.

Weinstein employee Emily Nestor. The temporary hire had been at Weinstein Co. one day when the mogul offered to boost her career in exchange for sex, The Times reported.

Actress Cara Delevingne. She alleged that Weinstein invited her to a hotel room, where the Oscar winner was waiting with another woman. Weinstein asked the actress to kiss the other woman, and tried to kiss Delevingne, who fled after trying to divert him by singing.

Model Ambra Battilana Gutierrez. After accusing Weinstein of groping her, Gutierrez went to the NYPD. In a sting operation set up by cops, Weinstein is heard on tape pressuring the model to get inside his hotel room and seemingly admits to touching her breasts without permission a day earlier. Charges were never brought against the mogul. Weinstein later reached a settlement with Gutierrez, according to The New Yorker.

Weinstein employee Lauren O’Connor. A female assistant at Weinstein Co. told O’Connor that Weinstein had been badgering her into giving him massages at a hotel while he’s naked, leaving her “crying” and “distraught.” O’Connor wrote a damning memo to company bosses, calling the workplace a “toxic environmen­t for women.” Weinstein reached settlement­s with O’Connor and the other woman, The Times said.
