A SUNDOWN vi gil for the eight victims of lower Manhattan’ s terror attack drew a large inter faith crowd Wednesday. Roughly 150 people gathered in Manhattan’ s Foley Square, not far from Ground Zero, to offer prayers and meditation for the people killed in Tuesday’s atrocity. Clutching plastic candles and singing ,“This Little Light of Mine,” the crowd eventually quieted to hear messages of peace from members of Buddhist, Jewish, Hindu, Christian and Muslim communitie­s. “Violence will not have the finalword. Let this be day one of a new moment in New York City’ s strong life together,” said Kaji Dousa, pastor at Avenue Christian Church. The Rev. Jacqui Lewis, from Middle Collegiate Church, reminded the crowd that Sayfull oS ai po v’ s deadly drive into a crowd of tourists was “not an act of Islam. This is an act of terrorism.” Retail worker Zaid Nagi, 36, from the Bronx, saidSaipov— an avowed supporter of the Islamic State terrorist network — didn’t speak for all Muslims. “That doesn' t represent us.
