FIVE WOMEN have stepped forward to say their experiences with comedian Louis C.K. turned into horror shows when he crossed the line into sexual misconduct.

The women spoke on the record to The New York Times after the now-defunct website Gawker first reported years ago that Louis C.K. was a sexual predator.

Comedians Dana Goodman and Julia Wolov told The Times they were hanging out with the Emmy winner during a 2002 comedy festival in Aspen, Colo., when he asked to expose his penis.

The women said they laughed at the suggestion, believing it was a joke.

“And then he really did it,” Goodman told The Times. “He proceeded to take all of his clothes off, and get completely naked, and started masturbating.”

The women said they clung to each other in shock.

“We were paralyzed,” Goodman said.

They said Louis C.K. climaxed and fled the hotel room.

The women said they discussed the incident with others at the festival but heard Louis C.K.’s powerful manager Dave Becky — who also represents Kevin Hart, Aziz Ansari and Amy Poehler — wanted them to stop talking about it.

“We could already feel the backlash,” Wolov said.

In the years that followed, the women came to understand they would never work on any projects involving Becky, they told The Times.

In 2003, comedian Abby Schachner was shocked when she called Louis C.K. to invite him to a performance and he seemed to be masturbating during the conversation.

She said he abruptly switched gears to talk about his sexual fantasies, and she could hear his heavy breathing.

“I definitely wasn’t encouraging it,” she told The Times. “You want to believe it’s not happening.”

Louis C.K. sent her a Facebook message in 2009 that apologized for his “sordid” and “repulsive” conduct, The Times reported.

Schachner said she accepted the apology but ultimately felt discouraged about her comedy career.

Comedy mogul Judd Apatow pointed to Schachner’s account in a Twitter post Thursday.

“When you disrespect and sexually harass young, vulnerable people you become a dream killer,” he said.

Comedian Rebecca Corry said Louis C.K. asked if he could masturbate in front of her while they were working together on a 2005 TV pilot produced by Courteney Cox and David Arquette.

A decade later, Louis C.K. phoned her to apologize but got the details wrong, believing he had shoved her into a bathroom.

Corry said the call disturbed her. She worried someone else actually got shoved into a bathroom and that Louis C.K. was suggesting she opened the door for his misbehavior, she said.

“It is unfair he’s put me or anyone else in this position,” Corry said.

A fifth, unidentified accuser told The Times that Louis C.K. repeatedly asked her to watch him masturbate in his office while they were working on “The Chris Rock Show” in the late 1990s. “He abused his power,” she said. Attempts to reach Becky and Louis C.K.’s publicist were not successful Thursday.

Louis C.K. backed out of an appearance on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” Thursday as the premiere of his new film, “I Love You, Daddy,” was canceled.

HBO released a statement saying it was removing Louis C.K. material from its on demand services and that he would no longer be participating in its “Night of Too Many Stars” autism benefit.

Mayor de Blasio also seemed to be questioning his friendship with the comedian.

“These are obviously troubling allegations that demand a public response and explanation,” his spokesman Eric Phillips said.
