Sizemore in ‘kid molest’ on 2003 set

ACTOR TOM SIZEMORE got kicked off the set of “Born Killers” in 2003 after he allegedly touched the genitals of an 11-year-old colleague, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Sizemore, 55, allegedly either rubbed his fingers along the girl’s vagina or digitally penetrated her while she was seated on his lap in a flannel nightgown during a photo session related to the movie.

“The girl was so young it was unclear to her and (later) her parents what had actually taken place and if it was intentional or not,” production manager Cassidy Lunnen told THR.

A dozen cast and crew members confirmed to THR that producers immediately booted Sizemore after the girl revealed the alleged inappropriate touching to her mother.

Sizemore denied the claim, but was dropped by his talent agency, CAA, a short time after.

“Our position is ‘no comment,’ ” Sizemore’s current agent told THR about the resurfaced allegation.

The actress, now 26, who asked to remain anonymous, told THR she recently hired a lawyer and is exploring legal options against the actor.

Sizemore has a lengthy rap sheet, including multiple drug and domestic abuse charges.
