REP. JACKIE SPEIER said Tues­day she’s aware of a Demo­crat and Repub­li­can law­maker who are cur­rently in of­fice de­spite al­legedly ha­rass­ing House staffers.

House law­mak­ers on Tues­day joined to­gether to dis­cuss sex­ual ha­rass­ment poli­cies af­ter a se­ries of al­le­ga­tions sparked calls for re­form.

The Cal­i­for­nia Demo­crat tes­ti­fied Tues­day that she’s aware of two sit­ting mem­bers who “en­gaged in sex­ual ha­rass­ment,” though she did not name them.

Rep. Bar­bara Com­stock (RVa.) said she was re­cently told about a staffer who quit her job af­ter a law­maker asked her to bring work ma­te­rial to his house, then ex­posed him­self.

Hours af­ter the hear­ing, Speaker Paul Ryan said the House will re­quire anti-ha­rass­ment and an­tidis­crim­i­na­tion train­ing for all mem­bers and their staffs.
