A QUEENS WOMAN claims she was sexually harassed while working food services at an elite private school in Chelsea.

Staffer Ciara Rosado has filed a complaint with the New York State Division of Human Rights claiming a male co-worker repeatedly tormented her on the job at Avenues: The World School, where students have included Suri Cruise.

In her paperwork obtained by the Daily News, Rosado claims co-worker Francisco DeLeon forcefully removed a Windex bottle from her hands last January and later “violently” shoved a garbage bin at her.

She said “an underage minor student” stepped in and physically stopped the bin from hitting her.

Rosado further claims DeLeon threatened to punch her in the face last February and made a crude comment about sodomizing her.

She said he called her a “stupid dirty slut” in September — and that her repeated verbal complaints to superiors fell on deaf ears.

Rosado named the school’s food services contractor, Compass Group, and its subsidiaries as the respondents in her complaint.

The school services division of Compass replied to Rosados lawyers on Nov. 3, saying the company was taking a “no settlement stance,” the paperwork obtained by The News said.

The company accused Rosado of calling an unidentified employee a “b---h a-- (N-word)” and making “meritless” sexual harassment claims.

Rosado “never” used that offensive language, her signed statement said.

“My client reported the sexual harassment at Avenues World School to her employer and was retaliated against for doing so. She was forced to continue working with her harasser,” Rosado’s lawyer David Rosenberg told The News.

In a statement Friday, Compass said, “We don’t comment on the specifics of pending claims, but we take allegations of harassment and discrimination very seriously. ”

Avenues, which reportedly costs $43,000 a year, is not named as a respondent in the complaint dated Nov. 16.
