grabbed Rivas near Harlem Wednesday after learning where he was hiding. He surrendere­d without a fight, police sources said.

The murder suspect has been arrested 19 times since 2003, most recently in March 2015 on a motor vehicle violation, cops said.

Rivas has also been imprisoned twice in the past 14 years, court documents show.

In April 2016 he was released from the Edgecombe Correction­al Facility after serving three years on drug sale charges.

He also served two years on a criminal contempt charge between 2009 and 2011, the documents reveal. Rivas is also facing charges of drug possession, drug sale and marijuana possession, police said.
