HANK’S HONEYS: Chargers should win but by how much? It all depends on whether the Raiders show up. We know their old LA fans will. Chargers still have a shot if they get some help while Raiders are closing out a disappointing season with nothing on the line. Both teams fly back from east coast for the game but Raiders do so on a short week. Oakland continues to struggle offensively while Philip Rivers has had a strong season. Chargers made Derek Carr look bad in the first meeting, but Marshawn Lynch can exploit their rubbery run defense and keep this close.
