Gal’s fearful text about slay susp

- Shayna Jacobs

HE GAVE vibe.

A woman who partied with the suspects in the gory 2016 slaying of a Connecticut man sent an eerie text to a friend with a photo of one of the accused killers and an ominous message in the hours before the murder.

The future witness, whose name was not released, “had a cell phone snap photo of Mr. Dilione off a “killer” indicating if I don’t make it home, his name is Larry Dilione and (what) his last four digits are of his Social Security number,” prosecutors said during a pretrial hearing on the admissibility of evidence in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Dilione, 29, and James Rackover, 26, are charged with killing Joseph Comunale in Rackover’s luxury apartment on E. 59th St. on Nov. 13, 2016.
