Maccagnan is 0-for-2 drafting QBs: Bryce Petty and Christian Hackenberg .He is 2-for-2 on stopgap veteran free agents: Ryan Fitzpatrick and Josh McCown. The next seven weeks will determine Maccagnan’s future with the Jets. This is the year he must prove he can pick the right QB.
