DA: Still working on Harv

MANHATTAN District Attorney Cy Vance Jr. said Wednesday that his office is still investigating allegations against accused serial sex offender Harvey Weinstein.

“I’ve spoken with the police, and I can tell you we are working very hard with them to complete the investigation,” Vance told reporters at an unrelated press conference.

He did not elaborate on the timing of any possible charges in an investigation that sources say encompasses sex crimes and potential financial fraud.

“We’ll take the time it will take to get it done right,” he added. NYPD Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce told the Daily News last week that the probe was “going very, very well.”

“We have a lot of information. We have a lot of information that we handed over to the grand jury. I would ask you to talk to Cy Vance,” Boyce said.

“It’s his case right now. I would ask you to ask him, what his schedule is.”

The DA is looking into whether Weinstein (photo) raped actress Paz de la Huerta twice in 2010. She reported the incident to cops in late October.

The fallen Hollywood executive is also accused of sexually assaulting Lucia Evans, who was a student trying to break into the business in 2004 when she says she was forced to perform oral sex on the Miramax founder at his Tribeca office.

The actress told The New Yorker she pleaded with him over and over, “I don’t want to do this, stop, don’t.”

In the end, “He overpowered me,” she told the magazine.

Weinstein is also the subject of criminal probes in Los Angeles and London.

Weinstein lawyer Ben Brafman said last week, “I have been assured that the filing of criminal charges against Mr. Weinstein has not been authorized and his arrest is not imminent.”

He added that his client maintains his innocence.

More than 50 women have accused Weinstein of sexual harassment, assault or rape, including A-list actresses Gwyneth Paltrow, Ashley Judd and Angelina Jolie.
