The Giants will sign outside linebacker Kareem Martin, per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. Martin, 26, played in Bettcher’s system in Arizona the last three seasons, but did not see significant playing time until last year when he started in 10 games for the Cardinals . . . . The Giants agreed to terms with Jacksonville Jaguars free agent guard Patrick Omameh, per his agents on Twitter. Omameh, 28, a 6-4, 327-pound lineman originally undrafted out of Michigan, has made 45 career NFL starts for three different teams in his five years in the league. He’s played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2013-14), Chicago Bears (2015) and Jaguars (2016-17).
