“Lost River” actress and fashion designer Eva Mendes arrived in style (below) at the Eve Duet perfume launch in Mexico City. It’s been a busy week for Mendes, who was in Miami on Monday for the opening of a New York & Company boutique, which will carry pieces from her eponymous collection. That’s where Mendes told E! that she and actor Ryan Gosling let their daughters, 3-year-old Esmeralda and 1-year-old Amada, dress themselves. “They have the right,” she said.
