It’s cops calling, you’re busted

- John Annese

A TEENAGE murder suspect left his cell phone at the scene of a fatal Bronx stabbing — and that’s what led to his capture, police said Thursday.

Paul Corporan, 19, has been arrested and charged with the Feb. 15 killing of Moses Palacios on Bronx Park East near Waring Ave. in Allerton.

Police tracked Corporan to Texas, busting him in the Lone Star State on April 3.

He returned to New York City to face murder charges Thursday.

Corporan and Palacios argued shortly before the stabbing.

The teen ambushed the 33-year-old Palacios in the lobby of his apartment building, as he was returning home from his job at an organic restaurant in Kingsbridge.

Palacios worked long shifts at the eatery so he could send money back to his wife and 3-year-old daughter in Puebla, Mexico, his roommate told the Daily News.
