Suit tossed against Fox

- Young Kun Kim (left) was a “gentle soul” beaten to death, allegedly by Matthew Lee (above). Victoria Bekiempis

The conversations would almost always end with Kim handing out a couple dollars in coffee money.

“He was one of the friendliest guys in New York,” said staffer Merrill Smith, 31.

Kim’s relatives declined comment, saying they were too distraught to speak. But several of his former students took to social media to pay tribute to the beloved professor.

“In class, I remember a kind and funny man, who would make these clever little jokes in his own quiet way,” Jamie Arrosi, a graduate student of Kim’s about 10 years ago, wrote on Facebook.

“And more than the jokes themselves, which were always really witty, I always found it charming that he would make himself laugh. Not belly laughs, but really genuine chuckles. And I loved that he amused himself.” A FEDERAL judge on Friday threw out former Fox News host Andrea Tantaros’ harassment lawsuit against the network.

Tantaros, who once worked as a host of “The Five,” filed a Manhattan Federal Court lawsuit in April 2017, alleging she was repeatedly hit with menacing missives — and outright threats — from bogus social media accounts.

Tantaros also alleged that the late Fox News CEO Roger Ailes — got his goons to spy on her with electronic surveillance. Fox henchmen also broke into her computer and installed spyware, Tantaros claimed.

A Fox News spokeswoman said the decision speaks for itself.

Tantaros could not be reached for comment.
