Durst judge: Who is he?

THE NEWLY minted Manhattan Supreme Court justice overseeing a civil case against Robert Durst doesn’t know who the disgraced real estate heir is.

Durst, who is accused of murdering friend Susan Berman in 2000, faces a lawsuit for some $165,000 in unpaid bills to T&M Protection Resources — an investigative firm he hired after his 2015 arrest.

During a court proceeding Tuesday, Justice John Kelley said, “I’ve heard (Durst’s) name, I have no idea what it means.”

Cops have charged that Durst, 75, murdered Berman because she was a witness to the 1982 disappearance of his wife.
