And while he said he supports the #MeToo movement, “I still have questions about some of the decisions which have been made.” Clinton’s interview sparked the ire of Juanita Broaddrick (bottom right), who publicly accused Clinton of raping her in the late 1970s when he was the attorney general of Arkansas. But the former registered nurse also expressed anger at NBC News for asking Clinton about the Lewinsky scandal, and not bringing up her allegation­s against the former President. In 1999, amid Clinton’s impeachmen­t proceeding­s, NBC interviewe­d Broaddrick, but held the interview until Feb. 24, after the Senate had voted to acquit Clinton on two articles of impeachmen­t.

“It’s disgusting that he could play the victim card,” Broaddrick told the Daily News. “I don’t understand the power they had — he and Hillary Clinton had — over the media.”

Broaddrick said she and some of Clinton’s other accusers were dumbfounde­d by the former President’s responses — particular­ly his contention that he doesn’t owe anyone an apology. “This man cannot say he supports #MeToo,” she told The News. “He probably is the reason there is a #MeToo movement.”

“He owes all of us an apology,” Kathleen Willey, a former White House volunteer aide who has accused Clinton of sexually assaulting her in 1993, told The News.
