Slay charge vs. hockey player iced
A MANHATTAN man, who whacked a livery cab driver with a hockey stick outside of Chelsea Piers, will not be charged in the cabbie’s death.
Kohji Kosugi, claimed self-defense 39, after he was arrested for the fatal scuffle with 68-year-old Randolph Tolk on Nov. 11. Prosecutors dismissed manslaughter charges against him on Tuesday. An autopsy revealed Tolk died as the result of his medical conditions.
