Diplo ‘foot-squish’ suit

-

A diplomatic chauffeur will apparently do anything to secure an open parking spot near his employer’s Midtown office — even running over a pedestrian’s foot, a lawsuit alleges.

Hurley Senanayake, driver to Bahamian Ambassador Elliston Rahming, quickly backed his Cadillac into an open space on East 46th Street between Second and Third avenues in May.

Senanayake was so eager to snag the spot — just steps from his boss’ UN mission — that he ran over the foot of Douglas Elliman real-estate broker Antonio Mongiovi, breaking his ankle in two places, according to the Manhattan Supreme Court suit.

Senanayake did not return calls. His employer, also a defendant, did not return messages seeking comment.
