Carnage à trois
3-way gone wrong ends in knife slay
A ménage à trois in a Park Slope pad took an ugly turn Monday when one of the participants turned on a video camera — and was stabbed and beaten to death over it, police sources said.
Manos Ikonomidis, 20, another man and a woman were having a three-way inside a home on 16th Street near Seventh Avenue after midnight when he decided to film the ses- sion, the sources said.
The woman was so angry, she had the other male partner, Jack Doherty, 21, take her back home to Staten Island — leaving Ikonomidis (inset) alone in the first-floor apartment, where Doherty lives with his communitycollege professor dad, sources said.
The woman then contacted an unidentified man, who went to the Brooklyn apartment with two pals, sources said.
The three men, armed with knives and bats, were caught on surveillance video chasing Ikonomidis as he tried to exit the building, sources said.
Ikonomidis was found lying in the lobby at around 4 a.m with a stab wound to the right side of his chest and severe trauma all over his body, police said.
“It’s something out of a horror movie,” said neigh- bor Carol Petersen, 37. “There are handprints of blood on the door.
A bleeding Ikonomidis screamed, “Help me, help!” from the hallway as he banged on the walls for help, said Joy Liguori, a neighbor, who opened her door and took him on her couch.
Cops were questioning Doherty, but say he is not a suspect. No arrests have been made.
