Gunshot on B’klyn bus

A man in a wheelchair was being helped onto an MTA bus in Brooklyn Monday when he dropped his gun and it went off, police said.

The man quickly reached down and picked up his weapon before rolling off the bus and disappearing down the street.

The driver had just activated the vehicle’s chairlift and was assisting the man aboard near Fulton Street and Howard Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant when the incident unfolded at around 2 p.m., officials said.
