ROSANNA Scotto (above) of “Good Day New York” scolds dinner companions who waste food. At a party at Cipriani Wall Street to celebrate Food Bank’s 35th anniversary, she told us, “I do get annoyed when I go to fancy events and I see people waste food.” Scotto added, “I have checked people like ‘You didn’t finish that,’ or ‘ You are taking that home or you are going to give it to somebody on the street.’ My family and I do that all the time and give food to the less fortunate on the street,” she said.
