Ogle­town store robbed at gun­point

Delaware State Po­lice are search­ing for a man who robbed an Ogle­town store at gun­point on Tues­day.

The man walked into the Books and News Plus at 756 E. Chest­nut Hill Road just af­ter 3:30 p.m., con­fronted two em­ploy­ees, dis­played a gun and de­manded cash, said Sgt. Richard Bratz, a spokesman for the Delaware State Po­lice.

The em­ploy­ees handed over an undis­closed amount of money, and the rob­ber was last seen head­ing north. No one was in­jured. The rob­ber was de­scribed as a 6-foot-tall white man who was wear­ing a black hooded sweat­shirt, dark pants and a mask over his face.
