Main St. Coun­cil will con­sider a pro­posal to in­crease the cost of park­ing down­town and vote on a plan to build stu­dent apart­ments on Benny Street, among other is­sues. Spe­cial coun­cil meet­ing: Wed­nes­day, 6:30 p.m., at city hall, 220 S. Main St. Coun­cil will in­ter­view sev­eral firms in­ter­ested in help­ing the city con­duct its search for a new city man­ager.
