DUI, re­sist­ing ar­rest

Lind­sey Lee Fluck, 30, of the 500 block of Vine Street, Perkasie, faces charges of ag­gra­vated as­sault, re­sist­ing ar­rest and driv­ing un­der the in­flu­ence af­ter a one-ve­hi­cle ac­ci­dent at Park Av­enue and Old Beth­le­hem Pike in East Rock­hill about 1:48 a.m. Dec. 31, Pen­nridge Re­gional Po­lice De­part­ment said.

An of­fi­cer found Fluck walking away from the ac­ci­dent and ap­pear­ing to be in­tox­i­cated, po­lice said. When asked about the ac­ci­dent, she be­came ver­bally and physi- cally com­bat­ive, rip­ping a badge from one of­fi­cer’s shirt and swing­ing at the other of­fi­cer on the scene, po­lice said.

When the ar­rest­ing of­fi­cer tried to put her in hand­cuffs, she bit the of­fi­cer on the fore­arm, po­lice said. When she was taken to Grand View Hospi­tal for blood-al­co­hol con­tent test­ing, she re­fused to be tested, then re­peat­edly slammed her head against the driver’s side rear win­dow while in the po­lice car af­ter leav­ing the hospi­tal, po­lice said.

She was ar­raigned be­fore Mag­is­te­rial District Judge Charles Baum, Perkasie, and taken to Bucks County Cor­rec­tional Fa­cil­ity with bail set at 10 per­cent of $25,000, po­lice said.
