Christopher Hoessler, 19, of Daf­fodil Court, nu­ak­er­town, and a 16-year-old male from nu­ak­er­town were taken into FUVWRGY DIWHU RI­fiFHUV UHVSRQGed to a re­port of a pos­si­ble bur­glary in progress at a home in the 3200 block of Sterner Mill Road in East Rock­hill about 11:30 a.m. July 8, Pen­nridge Re­gional Po­lice Depart­ment said.

A wit­ness had seen a sus­pi­cious ve­hi­cle in the area and that the neigh­bor’s door ap­peared to have been kicked in, po­lice said.

Jewelry, loose coins, credit cards and car­tons of cig­a­rettes were taken from the home, but all were re­cov­ered, po­lice said.

The ju­ve­nile was later re­leased to his fam­ily pend­ing ju­ve­nile charges, po­lice said.

Hoessler was ar­raigned be­fore Mag­is­te­rial Dis­trict Judge Mark Dou­ple, War­ring­ton, then re­leased on $75,000 un­se­cured bail, po­lice said.
