Bald­win ac­quired Air Mo­tion Sys­tems and merged the com­pa­nies to pro­vide cus­tomers en­ergy ef­fi­cient UV and LED cur­ing.

Bald­win pro­duces highly re­ac­tive UV and LED dry­ing and cur­ing sys­tems, and with the merg­ing of AMS the com­pany plans to ex­tend product of­fer­ings. AMS will be re­branded as AMS Spec­tral UV.

The UV and LED mar­ket is ex­pected to con­tinue grow­ing, and even ex­pected to sur­pass $1 bil­lion within the next half a decade.
