The Key Ex­ec­u­tives Me­gaCon­fer­ence San Diego 2018 opened with a host of new prod­ucts, so­lu­tions and ser­vices de­signed to help news­pa­pers boost rev­enue, cut costs and grow au­di­ence.

Mega-Con­fer­ence is a joint ef­fort of four me­dia as­so­ci­a­tions, the In­land Press As­so­ci­a­tion, Lo­cal Me­dia As­so­ci­a­tion, South­ern News­pa­per Pub­lish­ers As­so­ci­a­tion and News Me­dia Al­liance. This year the Cal­i­for­nia News Pub­lish­ers As­so­ci­a­tion part­nered with the group as well. The event is in its eighth year.

Mega-Con­fer­ence at­ten­dees are own­ers, pub­lish­ers, dig­i­tal of­fi­cers or rev­enue of­fi­cers of me­dia oper­a­tions with both print and dig­i­tal as­sets, serv­ing their lo­cal com­mu­ni­ties.

Ac­coun­tS­cout is data-driven soft­ware de­signed for pub­lish­ers to man­age the ac­count­ing, billing, and pro­duc­tion of their me­dia com­pany. Dash­boards, task lists, and the first-ever CRM and sales app for me­dia com­pa­nies pro­vide ac­cess to data, no mat­ter where the user is.


Flipp is a re­tail tech­nol­ogy com­pany that con­nects re­tail­ers and brands with shop­pers across dis­tri­bu­tion chan­nels.
