Wil­liam H. Gulden

Wil­liam H. Gulden, 92, pre­vi­ously of East Rock­hill Town­ship, died Satur­day, Sept. 23, 2012, at his res­i­dence in the Lutheran Community at Telford. He was the hus­band of Cora (Leis­ter) Gulden, with whom he would have cel­e­brated 69 years of mar­riage on Oct. 17.

Born in Bed­min­ster Town­ship, Bucks County, he was a son of the late Mahlon and Carrie (Lewis) Gulden. He was a grad­u­ate of the for­mer Sell-Perk High School.

He was a life­long mem­ber of St. Matthew’s Lutheran (Keller’s) Church, Perkasie.

He was a farmer for many years, fo­cus­ing on poul­try and pro­duce. He also drove a school bus for Pen­nridge School Dis­trict.

Sur­viv­ing with wife are chil­dren Jerry, wife Re­becca, of Park City, Utah, Sandy Marie Stickel, hus­band Tedd, of Doylestown, and Mary Ann Smith, hus­band Randy, of nu­ak­er­town; grand­chil­dren James A. and Jonathan T. Stu­art, Ja­son P. Stickel, Kelly L. Cas­sidy and Eric T. Smith; and great-grand­chil­dren Joseph, Abi­gail, Kayla, Elise and Rowan.

He was pre­ceded in death by four broth­ers.

Ser­vices will be held at 11 a.m. Fri­day, Sept. 28, in St. Matthew’s Lutheran (Keller’s) Church, 3668 Ridge Road, Perkasie. Call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thurs­day in Jef­frey A. Nau­gle Funeral C Cre­ma­tion Ser­vice, 135 W. Pump­ing Sta­tion Road, nu­ak­er­town, or 10 to 11 a.m. Fri­day at the church. In­ter­ment will be in Keller’s Church Ceme­tery.
