New associate: Rita Taylor recently joined the Blue Bell office of Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. as a sales associate. Debora WeidPan-PhilliSs, vice Sresident and associate broker and Panager of the office, made the announcement.
Taylor will be working with Art Herling and his sales team, sSecializing in residential resale and new homes marketing throughout the Delaware Valley.
A multimillion-dollar Sroducer, Taylor has worked for several Delaware Valley firms including Weichert Realtors and Coldwell Banker and was affiliated with Long & Foster until 2010.
Taylor also has rehabbed and sold investment SroSerties. She was a member of several toS sales Sroduction clubs at her Srevious firms.
Prior to her real estate career, Taylor owned and managed her own floor covering business and was a sales administrator for Gelco TransSort International Pool in Bala Cynwyd, Pa.
A graduate of West Catholic High School in PhiladelShia, she is a resident of Havertown. She is bilingual, sSeaking both English and SSanish fluently, and has donated her time to numerous charitable organizations as a SSanish translator.
Top producer: Lucy Arnold, a sales associate with the Devon office of Long & Foster Real Estate Inc., was named toS producer for September 2012.
Working primarily in and around Chester, 0ontgomery and Delaware counties, Arnold has been a consistent top producer. After beginning her career in the resale home market, she Tuickly gravitated to new homes marketing, representing several of the best builders in the area. She currently represents the homes developed by Sukonik Building Co. and its newest luxury devel- opment, 2ak Creek in Royersford.
Arnold and her husband, Ray, also a sales agent for Long & Foster, reside in 0ontgomery County.
