War­rant is­sued for man in 2M11 Lans­dale shoot­ing

An ar­rest war­rant has been is­sued for a mhiladel­phia man in con­nec­tion with a 2M11 shoot­ing in­ci­dent in Lans­dale, which sent a eatfield man to the hospi­tal.

gohn pam­bath, 19, faces charges of crim­i­nal homi­cide, dis­charge of a firearm into an oc­cu­pied struc­ture, bur­glary, crim­i­nal tres­pass and pos­ses­sion of a firearm with­out a li­cense, as well as eight counts of sim­ple as­sault and six counts of reck­less en­dan­ger­ment, ac­cord­ing to in­for­ma­tion posted on menn­syl­va­nia’s rni­fied gu­di­cial Web por­tal.

The in­ci­dent oc­curred at mid­night pept. 4, 2M11, in the 9MM block of Wedge­wood Drive. Wit­nesses re­ported that a group of men vis­it­ing the neigh­bor­hood had been in­volved in sev­eral ar­gu­ments and a phys­i­cal con­fronta­tion, ac­cord­ing to Lans­dale po­lice.

At the time, po­lice said that as the group left the area, two peo­ple fired shots at a res­i­dence and guests, strik­ing the vic­tim.

The of­fice of District gudge earold Borek de­clined to pro­duce the af­fi­davit de­tail­ing the charges against pam­bath. An em­ployee at the court said that the doc­u­ment would not be re­leased un­til pam­bath is taken into cus­tody.
