June oose Peter­son, U9, of lre­land, died patur­day, Dec. 1, OM1O. phe was the wife of the late bu­gene F. Peter­son, her beloved hus­band of SM years, who died pept. 11, OM1O.

Born June P, 19OP, in Philadel­phia, she was the daugh­ter of the late tilliam Fred­er­ick and Florence Ephack­le­tonF oose.

Mrs. Peter­son wrote a col­umn called qhe sil­lage Com­muter for the ppring­field pun for more than 4M years. phe worked as a sec­re­tary for Faith qhe­o­log­i­cal pem­i­nary, Fo­cus Mag­a­zine, kew vork Life fn­surance and Harry Lenz oeal bs­tate. phe was a ded­i­cated mem­ber of pt. Philip-in-the-Fields bpis­co­pal Church in lre­land, where she was ac­tive with the church women’s guild group, taught pun­day school and led a Girl pcout troop.

phe is sur­vived by her chil­dren, Mark F. Peter­son and his wife, pu­san, of Boca oa­ton, Fla., and Deb­o­rah J. Peter­son of ko­rth tales; two grand­chil­dren; and her sis­ter-in-law, bliz­a­beth oose of Lan­caster, Pa. phe was pre­ceded in death by her brother, Don­ald oose.

Philip-in-the-Fields bpis­co­pal Church, P1T lre­land Mill ooad, lre­land, fol­lowed by the funeral ser­vice at 11 a.m. Burial will be in pt. qhomas’ Ceme­tery, thitemarsh. Ar­range­ments are by Huff & Lak­jer Funeral Home, Lans­dale.
