A real estate professional for 32 years, Sussman is an associate broker and holds the Accredited Buyer Representative, Accredited Sales Professional, Graduate Realtor Institute and Senior Real Estate Specialist designations. Trofa honored: Madelyn Trofa, a sales associate with the DHYRn RIfiFH RI LRnJ & Foster Real Estate Inc., was named top producer for September.
Trofa has worked in YDULRus fiHOGs wLWhLn the real estate industry since 1984, including as a paralegal, in a new construction lending department with a bank, and working directly for a builder.
Trofa is a resident of Delaware County.
Hoban honored: Patti Hoban, a sales associate in Weichert, Realtors Fort WashLnJWRn 2IfiFH, wDs named a Five Star Real Estate Agent by Philadelphia Magazine and Five Star Professional, an independent provider of localized research on the performance of service professionals. John Bilek, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, made the announcement.
Five Star Professionals surveyed Philadelphia residents who purchased a home over $150,000 within an eight-month period and 1,000 Philadelphia Magazine subscribers. An additional 250 surveys were sent to mortgage and title companies to help judge the agents’ technical skills and knowledge.
Recipients of the survey were asked to evaluate agents based upon nine factors, icluding customer service, communication, DELOLWy WR finG WhH ULJhW home, integrity, negotiation skills, marketing the home, knowledge of the market, closing preparation and overall satisfaction with the agent. The 2012 Philadelphia Five Star Real Estate Agents represent less than 4 percent of real estate agents in the area.
Top producer: Reggie Higgins Hunt, a sales associate with WhH DHYRn RIfiFH RI Long & Foster Real Estate Inc., was named top producer for September.
Listed as one of the 10 most reliable realtors on the East Coast in Forbes Magazine, Hunt is consistent top producer and has been listed in the top 5 percent of sales agents in the country.
A real estate professional for more than 25 years in the Philadelphia suburbs and the Main Line, she is a native of the area and has experience with land, estates, horse farms, older homes, historic homes and new construction.
