Miriam Ein­horn was rec­og­nized for vol­ume. A Real­tor since 1973, Ein­horn is an as­so­ciate brokHU, Ls H-&HUWL­fiHG, DnG is a re­cip­i­ent of the Chair­man’s Cir­cle, Pres­i­dent’s Cir­cle and Lead­ing Edge So­ci­ety awards.

The former owner of Cen­tury 21 Ein­hornAdler, Ein­horn, has been a top pro­ducer through­out her al­most 40 years in real es­tate. She has had board po­si­tions on the Com­mis­sion­ers of Chel­tenham Town­ship, the Chel­tenham Town­ship Cit­i­zen’s Ad­vi­sory Com­mit­tee, and the Eco­nomic Re­con­struc­tion Com­mit­tee. Although Ein­horn re­cently re­lo­cated out of Chel­tenham Town­ship, she was a res­i­dent of the town­ship since 1969.

Morsa is the founder and pres­i­dent of Ac­tive In­te­grated Mar­ket­ing and an ad­junct pro­fes­sor of mar­ket­ing at Tem­ple Univer­sity’s Fox School of Busi­ness.

Morsa is the pres­i­dent of the Chip Miller Char­i­ta­ble Foun­da­tion and a past pres­i­dent of the Philadel­phia chap­ters of the Amer­i­can Mar­ket­ing and Busi­ness Mar­ket­ing as­so­ci­a­tions. She re­sides in Blue Bell and serves Mont­gomery and Bucks coun­ties.

Bro­ker: Suzanne Cia­ciak, an as­so­ciate bro­ker, sales as­so­ciate and mem­ber of the Gold­stein/Dudek Team in the Col­legeville of­fiFH RI 3UuGHnWLDO FRx & Roach, Real­tors, re­cently earned her Penn­syl­va­nia bro­ker li­cense.

She has met all the re­quire­ments and bro­ker pre-li­cense ed­u­ca­tion course­work and has passed the bro­ker li­cense ex­am­i­na­tion. A Real­tor since 2002, she is a re­cip­i­ent of the Top of the Rock Award.

In ad­di­tion, Cia­ciak has earned the Ac­cred­ited Buy­ers Rep­re­sen­ta­tive, Grad­u­ate Real­tor In­sti­tute, Seller Rep­re­sen­ta­tive Spe­cial­ist, work­ing with ac­tive adults age 50-SOus, DnG G5EE1 des­ig­na­tions. Cia­ciak is a life­long res­i­dent of Boy­er­town area.
