In pell’s room, po­lice found an HP Pavil­ion lap­top com­puter that was acWLYHOy GRZQORDGLQJ fiOHV al­legedly con­tain­ing child pornog­ra­phy, which they seized.

pell’s pre­lim­i­nary hear­ing is Jan. 1T be­fore Mag­is­te­rial District Judge Harold D. Borek.

In 1VVR, when pell was 21 and liv­ing in Perkasie, he was ar­rested on charges of sup­ply­ing teenagers with beer, mar­i­juana and sex­u­ally ex­plicit ma­te­rial, ac­cord­ing to court records. Po­lice had found adult videos and mag­a­zines in his home.

pell pleaded guilty and was sen­tenced to P-and-ahalf to 12 months in Bucks County Prison.
