He has per­son­ally in­vested in dis­tressed prop­er­ties, ren­o­vat­ing them and bring­ing them back to mar­ket value. DeMutis also has ex­pe­ri­ence in fore­closed prop­er­ties and short sales.

A na­tive of Man­hat­tan, Ir­win and his fam­ily re­side in Bryn Mawr. He at­tended Franklin Col­lege in Switzer­land and re­ceived bach­e­lor’s and master’s de­grees in art his­tory and busi­ness from New York Univer­sity. Win­ners were se­lected based on nominations in four cat­e­gories, Eth­i­cal, Pro­fes­sional, In­no­va­tive and Car­ing, rep­re­sent­ing the core val­ues of the com­pany.
