The Art Herling Team is led by Arthur B. Herling, associate broker. A real estate professional for more than 30 years, Herling formed The Art Herling Team, a “hybrid” brokerage-sales team model, in 2012.
During his career, Herling has been involved in more than 12,000 new home sales, as well as marketing and participating in the building process. He is a member of the Home Builders Association of Chester and Delaware Counties, as well as the Home Builders Association of Bucks and Montgomery Counties and New Castle County. Fanni Bernadine honored: Fanni, a sales associate in the BOuH BHOO RIfiFH RI Weichert, Realtors, was recognized for her exceptional industry success during the month of December. A top producer, Fanni led the region in resales.

MCAR installs president: Bette McTamney was recently installed as the 2013 president of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. McTamney is the broker/ partner of Keller Williams Realty Group in Worcester and resides in East Norriton.
An active member of the Montgomery County Association of Realtors and a licensed Realtor for 30 years, she served as its president in 2002 and on many committees. McTamney was presented with the Realtor of the Year award in 1999.
At the state level, McTamney received PAR’s Distinguished Service Award in 2011. She serves on the executive and legislative committees.
She previously sHrYHG Rn WKH finDnFH, convention advisory, and professional standards committees and the professionalism and the educational requirements task forces.
She is the past president of the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers and served as a past PAR district vice president covering Bucks and Montgomery counties and on the Pennsylvania Realtors Education Foundation.
