Peter’s Lutheran Church in North Whales May 13 at 7 p.m. The Gospel Choir, under the direction of Thomas Herzer, is over thirty members strong. It includes not only members from the Castle Church, but also several singers from the Wittenberg community. The Castle Church in Wittenberg, Germany was built around the turn of the 16th century. It is the site where, in 1517, Martin Luther nailed his 95 Thesis on the door; an act which many consider the beginning of the Protestant Reformation.
