Elizabeth “Betty” Poli­dori, 79, died Wed­nes­day, March 20, 2013, at her home in Am­bler.

Born in Abing­ton, she was the daugh­ter of the late Sal­va­tore and Maria (nee Cilib­erto) Puia.

She was a meat packer for Acme Mar­kets in Am­bler and East Nor­ri­ton for 32 years prior to her re­tire­ment in 1995.

Mrs. Poli­dori was a mem­ber of St. An­thony of Padua Church and the rFCW Lo­cal 152 (rnited Food & Com­mer­cial Work­ers).

She is sur­vived by her son, Jef­frey Poli­dori, of Am­bler; and is the cher­ished sis­ter of Phyl­lis Talese and her hus­band, Joe, of Wil­low drove, Edith Mor­row, of Day­ton, lhio, de­orge Puia and his wife, Theresa, of Lans­dale; and the sis­ter-in-law of Margie Puia (the late Vic­tor), of Am­bler.

A funeral Mass was cel­e­brated at St. An­thony of Padua Church in Am­bler. In­ter­ment was in Holy Sepul­chre Ceme­tery, Chel­tenham.

Re­mem­brances in her name to a char­ity of the donor’s choice would be ap­pre­ci­ated by the fam­ily.
