New associate: Rebecca Brendlinger recently joined Keller Williams Realty Group in Limerick as part of The Bobby Kershner Sales Team. Terese Brittingham, broker/owner of Keller Williams in Limerick, made the announcement.
After starting as a real estate assistant in 2010, Brendlinger obtained her license from the Berks Real Estate Institute. She specializes in residential real estate and short sales.

Previously with Paul Davis Restoration, Minkoff is a graduate of Penn State University and holds an MBA from Temple University. A resident of Elkins Park, he is the treasurer of Penn State’s Beta Sigma Beta Alumni Association and a member of the board of directors of the Junior Jewish Basketball League. He serves Montgomery County.
DeChambeau honored: Sue DeChambeau, a sales associate at Century 21 Alliance Audubon, recently received both the Double Centurion Producer Award and the Quality Service Pinnacle Award for 2012, earning her the President’s Award for D fiIWK FRQVHFuWLYH year.
Kathy Opperman, broker and owner of Century 21 Alliance Audubon, made the announcement.
A 25-year real estate veteran, Opperman was also named the Top Century 21 Agent in Eastern Pennsylvania for highest gross closed commissions and more than $16 million in sales volume. The Double Centurion Producer award is one of the highest honors a Century 21 associate can achieve. The President’s Award is earned by receiving more than 96 percent client satisfaction in surveys after the sale closes.

A veteran real estate professional, Tranzilli has more than 22 years of real estate sales and marketing experience. A 20-plus-year resident of North Wales, her background is in residential sales with a concentration in residential resale, relocation, senior housing and new construction.
Tranzilli has received Ruby and Diamond Circle awards, Presidents Circle membership, and the North Penn Reporter’s Readers Choice Award.
