Designation: Myrna Josephs, a sales associate in the Prudential Fox & Roach, Realtors Spring House Home Marketing Center, recently earned the Senior Residential Real Estate Specialist designation.
Josephs joined Prudential Fox & Roach in 2009, is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and also works with clients at the Jersey Shore.
A notary public, Josephs recently moved to The Reserve at Gwynedd, a 55+ community.
Top producer: Alan Lovgren, a sales associate in the BluH BHll RIfiFH RI Weichert, Realtors, was recognized in March for leading the region in new home dollar volume.

McIlhenny ranked: Richard McIlhenny, a Realtor with Re/Max Services-Blue Bell, was ranked one of the top 25 in production of all 4,000 Re/Max Realtors in the Pennsylvania/ Delaware Region for the second year in a row.
A lifelong Philadelphia resident, he specializes in sales in Chestnut Hill, Mount Airy, Wyndmoor, East Falls and surrounding areas.

She has been recognized as RQH RI hHU RIfiFH’V top producing sales associates on an annual and monthly basis, and was named a 5-Star Agent in 2010 and 2011.
Callinan also recently received the Community Service Award for 2012.

Albanese: Deanna Albanese, a sales associate in the Devon RIfiFH RI /RQJ & FRVter Real Estate Inc., was recently named a Hall of Fame memEHU RI WhH fiUP’V GRlG Team, an honor reserved for those who have has achieved Gold Team status for at least seven years.
The Gold Team is composed of 12 percent of the company’s 12,000 sales associates and is divided into three groups of top producers based on annual production volume: the Master’s Club for more than $20 million; the Founder’s Club for $10 million to $20 million; and the Chairman’s Club for $5 million to $10 million.
As a Gold Team member, Albanese is in the Chairman’s Club.
