The drop guard on the in­te­rior of the ice ma­chine has a buildup of pos­si­ble mold.

Non­crit­i­cal vi­o­la­tions: There is a con­den­sa­tion leak in the walk-in freezer; this was an is­sue dur­ing the open­ing in­spec­tion that should have been cor­rected prior to open­ing. Ice is built up on the freezer door and door frame; unit will be checked to en­sure all com­po­nents are work­ing prop­erly and seals are work­ing as de­signed.
