■ James Ni­cholas Yazin­sky Jr., 39, of 1 Sut­ton Lane was ar­rested Mon­day in con­nec­tion with res­i­den­tial bur­glary and stalk­ing. Yazin­sky was be­ing held Tues­day in the Ben­ton County Jail with no bond set.

Ben­ton County Sher­iff’s Of­fice

■ Joshua Caleb John­son, 26, of 2848 N. Sunny Lane in Fayet­teville was ar­rested Mon­day in con­nec­tion with pos­ses­sion with the in­tent to de­liver metham­phetamine or co­caine, pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia, no driver’s li­cense and fail­ure to ap­pear for a felony of­fense. John­son was be­ing held Tues­day in the Ben­ton County Jail on a surety bond.

Wash­ing­ton County Sher­iff’s Of­fice

■ Faith Ran­dolph, 35, of 1013 Sherry St. in Spring­dale was ar­rested Mon­day in con­nec­tion with de­liv­ery of a con­trolled sub­stance. Ran­dolph was be­ing held Tues­day at Wash­ing­ton County De­ten­tion Cen­ter on $5,000 bond.

Fayet­teville

■ Kel­lie Lan­drio, 44, of 6850 Wed­ing­ton Drive was ar­rested Mon­day in con­nec­tion with the ag­gra­vated rob­bery about 4 a.m. Sun­day of the E-Z Mart at 4026 W. Wed­ing­ton Drive. He was in­volved in plan­ning the rob­bery, ac­cord­ing to a pre­lim­i­nary re­port. Lan­drio was be­ing held Tues­day at Wash­ing­ton County De­ten­tion Cen­ter with no bond set.

Gravette

■ De­siree Re­nae Bien, 22, of 801 Fourth Ave. was ar­rested Mon­day in con­nec­tion with pos­ses­sion with the in­tent to de­liver metham­phetamine or co­caine, pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia, pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance, no proof of in­sur­ance and im­proper use of ev­i­dence of reg­is­tra­tion. Bien was be­ing held Tues­day in the Ben­ton County Jail with no bond set.

Rogers

■ Anthony Wayne Dunham, 50, of 56 Billings­ley Drive in Bella Vista was ar­rested Mon­day in con­nec­tion with de­liv­ery of metham­phetamine/ co­caine. Dunham was be­ing held Tues­day in the Ben­ton County Jail on $ 7,500 bond.

AC­CI­DENT Fayet­teville

■ An ac­ci­dent in­volv­ing a car and a pedes­trian was re­ported at 10:46 a.m. Tues­day near Ozark Steel Co. at 1700 S. School Ave. The pedes­trian was taken to a hos­pi­tal with in­juries that ap­peared to be mi­nor, ac­cord­ing to the Fayet­teville Po­lice De­part­ment.

FIRE Fayet­teville

■ A struc­ture fire was re­ported at 9:22 a.m. Tues­day at 1201 S. Roberts Road. The fire is un­der in­ves­ti­ga­tion, ac­cord­ing to the Fayet­teville Fire De­part­ment. Cen­tral EMS checked the health of one per­son who was not taken to a hos­pi­tal.

■ Break­ing or en­ter­ing at 1102 Royal Drive was re­ported Mon­day. Fayet­teville

■ A stolen ve­hi­cle was re­ported at 12:25 p.m. at 1121 N.W. End Ave. Apt. C.

■ A stolen ve­hi­cle was re­ported at 4:02 p.m. at 525 N. Mis­sion Blvd. No. 1.

■ A stolen ve­hi­cle was re­ported at 8:52 p.m. at 4656 W. Wales Drive.

Spring­dale

■ A stolen ve­hi­cle was re­ported at 1:31 a.m. Tues­day at 27 Ap­ple­gate Drive.

Rogers

■ About 20 mail­boxes were opened Sun­day in the area of South 53rd and 54th streets and West Vil­lage Park­way. Noth­ing of value was re­ported taken.
