Information is from state Health Department records. Restaurants are listed in order of inspection date. All reports are from regular food service inspections unless otherwise noted. Critical violations are defined as items relating directly to factors that lead to food-borne illness and must be corrected immediately. Noncritical violations are defined as items that relate to maintenance of food operations and cleanliness.

Chicken wrap under hot holding at 98 degrees and lettuce under cold holding at 60 degrees, person in charge indicated that they are using time as public health control, not written procedure log.
Noncritical violations: Handwashing sink must provide water temperature of at least 100 degrees through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Ice scoop stored on top of the ice machine; during pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food preparation and dispensing utensils must be stored in accordance with established procedures.

Bulk container of food lacks a label; food must be labeled with common name of product. Ice cream scoop and cooking utensils held in a container of standing water and other utensils stored with the handle down and in contact with food or ice; during pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food prep and dispensing utensils must be stored in accordance to established regulation. Some containers for food are broken. Rubber door seal in prep table lacks repair. Storage shelf in food prep area is not smooth or easy to clean. No test strips for quaternary ammonia. Several equipment items, food containers and shelves are not clean.
