Development director

Troy Galloway, community and economic development director, has been called to active duty in the Army National Guard for six to 10 months. Galloway, a brigadier general, will work on combat readiness and leader development initiatives to better prepare Army National Guard units for global deployments. Brian Bahr, economic development manager, will serve as interim community and economic development director.
