Joan Cabr­era-Lopez, 36, of 1246 W. Sunset Drive in Rogers was ar­rested Tues­day in con­nec­tion with pos­ses­sion of metham­phetamine or co­caine with the pur­pose of de­liv­er­ing and pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia. Cabr­era-Lopez was at the Wash­ing­ton County De­ten­tion Cen­ter with no bond Wed­nes­day.

Bella Vista

Chris­tian Rus­sell Keeney, 37, of 2 Green­ridge Lane in Bentonville was ar­rested Wed­nes­day in con­nec­tion with ter­ror­is­tic threat­en­ing. Keeney was be­ing held Wed­nes­day in the Ben­ton County Jail with no bond set. Ben­ton County Sher­iff’s Of­fice

Den­nis Ray Davis, 55, of 14035 Pleas­ant Ridge in Rogers was ar­rested Tues­day in con­nec­tion with duty to reg­is­ter or ver­ify reg­is­tra­tion and fail­ure to reg­is­ter as a sex of­fender. Davis was be­ing held Wed­nes­day in the Ben­ton County Jail with no bond set.

Lance Alexan­der Tread­well, 24, of 317 S. Block Ave. in Fayetteville was ar­rested Tues­day in con­nec­tion with ter­ror­is­tic threat­en­ing. Tread­well was be­ing held Wed­nes­day in the Ben­ton County Jail with no bond set.

Bentonville

Michael Ray Lip­scomb, 25, of 1506 Janda Drive in Rogers was ar­rested Tues­day in con­nec­tion with break­ing or en­ter­ing and pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance. Lip­scomb was be­ing held Wed­nes­day in the Ben­ton County Jail with no bond set.

Cen­ter­ton

Jamil Par­son, 44, of 501 Cen­ter­ton Blvd., No. 1728 was ar­rested Tues­day in con­nec­tion with dis­tribut­ing, pos­sess­ing or view­ing mat­ter de­pict­ing sex­u­ally ex­plicit con­duct in­volv­ing a child. Par­son was be­ing held Wed­nes­day in the Ben­ton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

Aulexis Pip­pen, 22, of 1005 S. School Ave., Apt. 402B was ar­rested Mon­day in con­nec­tion with break­ing and en­ter­ing a car about 8:30 a.m. at Mur­phy USA gas sta­tion at 2985 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Pip­pen opened a car door, asked for money, then tried to take a purse when the per­son re­fused. Pip­pen told po­lice she ran track for the Univer­sity of Arkansas, ac­cord­ing to a pre­lim­i­nary po­lice re­port. She is listed as a ju­nior on the univer­sity di­rec­tory, but she is not listed on any women’s track and field ros­ter, a univer­sity spokesman said in email.

Ash­ley Parker, 30, of 2555 John­son Meadows Place was ar­rested Wed­nes­day in con­nec­tion with pos­ses­sion of metham­phetamine or co­caine with the pur­pose of de­liv­er­ing, fur­nish­ing pro­hib­ited ar­ti­cles, and pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia. Parker was at the Wash­ing­ton County De­ten­tion Cen­ter with no bond Wed­nes­day.

Sherry Ruth Downs, 30, of 1711 S. L St. was ar­rested Tues­day in con­nec­tion with in­ter­fer­ence with cus­tody. Downs was be­ing held Wed­nes­day in the Ben­ton County Jail with no bond set.
